I had this booked but the couple called the wedding off. I even posted on my blog that I am once again available but no luck

I've got nothing...

i almost had one but it was in another state. they decided to go with someone closer so the travel fees weren't involved. bummer.

I've got nothing...but not because people have not asked...because I have to go to my wife's cousin's wedding as a guest. I've never met the guy. My wife and I have been together for 14 years. She has not seen him since who knows when. Tell me why I'm passing up paying weddings for this?

Neal -- you still have an invitation to come to the "Show Me" state and 2nd with me. I do have a very haut couple getting married on 07/07/07 in a beautiful brand new church...so let me know if you wanna road trip to St. Looo...

I've been booked for over a year and could have filled that date 20 times over...strange how you guys are totally the opposite!!

I've been booked since last year. Actually, it was actually my first "real" booking!

We are booked. Several months ago the Columbus Dispatch ran an article about it being the hottest wedding day of the year. We got our first call on it the next day and they booked us right away. I think we have only had one other inquiry for the date, though.

We had 1 inquiry for the date prior to us finally booking the date back in March. I do have 3 other Saturdays in July I need to fill though.

I was booked with a wedding for that date for over a year. The wedding happens to be at a location that I have (I think) 6 weddings at this year, so I wasn't too overly excited about the spot, but the couple is wonderful. I'm going to be getting creative with that location by the end of the summer!!! haha! But, we kept getting so many calls, I asked my best friend (who went to photo school with me and also owns a studio in another state) if she wanted an excuse for a destination wedding! So we offered that to one of our inquiries that was doing a really exciting fun event and she was all for it! So I am making all the arrangements and my friend will be the primary. So technically I'm double booked! And I think I could have done 5 or 6 more when I went to the local bridal fair. Crazy! I have to admit I'm jealous that my friend gets the crazy fun couple with the really unique location! I haven't even shot there before! O well, it'll be great to have her and her family out for a business/fun visit!

I'm not booked either, couple of inquiries, but no call backs. I did, however, get a serious inquiry about a family reunion on that day. And still not booked for that either. Their loss, I say.

I could have booked a $500 wedding. No REAL inquiries.

Add me to the "not booked" list too. I've considered creative last minute marketing, or a variety of other options within the past few days; maybe I'll figure something out soon!

The local media has also run articles and news stories (radio and TV) about the popularity of this date. I have been trying to get someone to come interview me about the fact that I am still available on this date!

Not booked either, not even a call. I've got bookings out into Feb and May of next year but not 777. I was passed a tid bit from a Chinee friend of mine, that no matter what date 8-8-08 falls on, it will be a HUGE day for Chinese weddings. He suggested I consentrate on some huge package for that day.
