i'm just sharing my excitement!! i'll let you all know what i think when it gets here and share some photos

ok so i just got home and im very excited to see a box from whcc sitting on my doorstep, ive been waiting for this new press printed book for days!!

i start opening the box.. and the bubble wrap.. and i can smell the fresh leather..

and imagine my disappointed when i open the book and view the first page.. and its NOT MY BOOK. its someone elses. argh!!!! so disappointed & frustrated

I had that happen with a 24x30 print once. I opened the nice beautiful wedding photo - saw a hockey player. lol

Wow, that really sucks!! I love my press-printed book. Robin loves hers too. But JT had some serious issues with his, and I haven't received an update on that situation.

Hope it works out well. Please keep us updated on your experience with them.

well.... the book looks good, though i dont dig the layout

Does WHCC offer to do layouts in-house? Maybe the layout was done by the owner of that book. I designed my own book in Lumapix.

I get other peoples orders from them ALL the time. Call them and ask them to reprint it for you then try to contact the book owner and see if they will swap books with you.

Ditto! I have had it happen 3 or 4 times. I look on the back for the name of the photographer or studio (this is with prints) I google them and search for them, call the photographer and get their address and then mail it to them at no charge. I figure I mine as well help someon else out. Then I call WHCC and tell them I got the wrong order, they re-print it and send it out - usually overnight.
