I am having trouble uploading my slideshows lately. I'm using cuteftp - I start them and they upload for a while - but it never finishes...it freezes up or something.

I'm not having trouble uploading anything else - any clue what is going on?

Edited: I have uploaded two or three slideshows with the new showit previously with no problem.

The DVD folder seems to be what freezes up.

Weird, try filezilla. It's a free FTP program. I havent heard of anyone having probs like this with the new one though.

Had the same problems as well....but the last two worked fine..???

I don't think it's the ftp program b/c I'm not having trouble with anything else.

That's weird Gabe. Hmmm...any ideas what could be causing this?

I'm sorry Jill. have you submitted a trouble ticket yet? If you guys both have had issues it is probably a known issue. Oh another question, you dont still have the old program loaded as well do you?

I am having issues uploading as well. I received a reply saying that I had a space or something in the name so have tried again, but still not working Don't think it is the FTP at all, my slideshows go directly onto my site from dreamweaver.

I hope I can fix this today! Arg.
