My sister was in town visiting from Colorado and I managed to get her in my wedding dress and then drag her to the woods...lol for some photos. I have only photographed 2 brides and have noticed some mistakes I made with them and so I tried to improve with these. I still have some work to do I know but we had a great time and my mother followed along with her disposable in tow as if it were for realz!!! Any CC are welcomed and greatly appreciated

Thanks
Kelly

Great Shots! I really love 2,3,6,7 & 8! How cool are those places you shot at. I would love to do that with a bride too. I will have to hunt me one down! LOL

Pretty cool idea, and nice of your sister to volunteer to be the guinny pig. wink.gif I feel like the one thing that sticks out to me the most is the inconsistency in exposure from image to image, there are a couple that feel underexposed and a couple that feel blown out, so... that would be my main critique - watch your exposure and work towards consistency. wink.gif

Thanks Cameron...I am trying to get that down rolleyes.gif With these bridal dresses, i get a little side tracked. I try to expose for the face and with the different locations, my exposure is erractic at times!!! Any other ideas on how to help with this.
thanks again

I'm with Cameron. I think overall these look really good, just watch your exposures and the amount of detail in the dress. You want to avoid blowing out highlights when possible.
