this might be a noob question but how do you record/make a video of the desktop? i'm looking into doing a basic video tutorial for a few people. i'd like footage of me working on the computer and talking... a video like this one?

Snapz Pro is the tool that I've seen in action the most. Very nice program on a Mac.

Camtasia studio for pc, snapz pro and ishow for mac. i use ishowu as its a light weight program and gives good quality but all are equally as good!
