Hi OSP!

Just finished covering a birthday party and wanted to offer a DVD of the ShowitWeb slideshow to my client. But, when I press the button in the slideshow I get an error message in a box telling me that I "must be online to order the DVD."

But, I'm online when I'm viewing the slideshow. Can someone help me out as I really need to get this resolved so that I don't miss the purchase opportunity. Thanks OSP!

Has the slideshow been uploaded to the internet? I think it's not enough to just be online... the show itself must be online.

Yes it was, but I recreated it and uploaded a new copy and it is working now and the DVD can be ordered. Cool stuff, thanks again - I really appreciate!
