Geat job, you got some awesome captures!

I love the one where he's wrapped up in the blanket on the dish. And the gassy smiles and stretching photos were precious too.

I think Mom and Dad will be very pleased!

Absolutely beautiful. I love the compositions, the rich colors, the sets, EVERYTHING. Except I don't like the angel wings.

I think my fave is the plate. Wow, AWESOME creative way to show scale. SO inspiring.

I told you this place was awesome. I am SO glad you posted these pics, Jules. You know I think they are incredible...and so are you! clap.gif Nice work, as always!

One little nit: In the top one, I would clone the word "Imagine" and straighten it. It's driving me crazy that it's crooked. And if it were printed and hung on my wall as a huge gallery wrap, I'd need that booger to be straight or else I'd have to kill myself.

I'm a little intense.

Wow! Great job! Beautiful work.

OK, Jules has gotten in my head, taken my brain, and typed my responses!!!

I really don't like the wings, either.

With the "IMAGINE", its being crooked was bugging me, too. I was sitting there looking at the top of the dresser/table and the bottom moulding of the dresser table, trying to figure out if they were crooked, too, figuring they must be. Cuz I was just gonna suggest straightening the whole thing. But the bottom of the dresser/changing-table is perfectly straight! So just that word must be crooked. I'd fix it, too.

I think the dish plate shows good scale, but I'm SO sick of babies in dishes on tables. Maybe it's just overload from the other board where I used to spend most of my "browse some forum stuff" time, but I'm still sick of it.

Overall great shots, I agree on the imagine being crooked, but NBD! The close up of the baby smiling is my fave, and the little foot, I love baby feet!! Good job!!

Julie... I love your pix on the blog. I agree, I love the one of the little tyke wrapped in the blanket laying on the platter/dish. I love how clear and crisp your pix are too. HOW DO YOU DO THAT?? LOL. I keep trying to achieve that in my pix.. mine seem to be a little on the dull side. I really like your creative eye....Great job!

First of all .. thanks everyone for the CC ..
I will take that sucker tonight (#1) ... and straighten the IMAGINE .. I will repost that one!!
I couldn't figure it out either .. cause the dresser is straight .. (maybe the letters are installed on the wall - crooked??) smile.gif
I will play with it .. I am sure I can figure it out !! smile.gif

Jules and Carey .. thanks for your honesty .. just wondering - why do you not like the Angel wings .. is it the pic .. or just the idea in general?

Jules - not a nut at all .. How else would I learn??

Hope you keep cc'ing my pics .. good to meet ya!!

Thanks Kate for the referal .. I am already starting to feel at home here!!

Is there a place where I can introduce myself???

Remember, I'm intense, but angel wings to me say "heaven" or the equivalent of "not born" or even worse "dead." So a picture of a newborn with angel wings makes me think of heaven, unborn, death. Maybe it's just me. Plus, it's, like, WAY WAY WAY SOOOOOOOO 1990. The pic seemed so contrived. It just doesn't do anything for me. No scale. No story. To cuteness. It doesn't fit with the rest of your style which is SO creative and beautiful AND tells a lifestyle story. See what I mean? Angel wings=tyring too hard. Stick with what God gave you: an eye for the beauty that's already there. Ok, I'll shut up now.

But I like the plate thing. I guess I haven't been to that other board where people are posting plate pics because I really liked that one.

Your pictures ARE very clear. Why can't I do that? Carey!!!! Save me from my d200 doom.
